Subject: Ruining Newport Beach
Dear Ben,
What is going on in City Planning? Seriously! Are you from here? Did you grow up here? Do
you understand how this community is slowly getting ruined? Between the expansion of John
Wayne Airport with the constant planes flying overhead and the continuous building of
apartment buildings on every inch of land, you are turning this community into a joke. The
Newport House Development at Ford Road is unnecessary and huge safety and traffic issue.
Don’t we have enough apartments now with the huge development at Fashion Island? You are
making this City an undesirable place to live.
Please reconsider and start thinking of preserving the community.
