Subject: 4302 Ford Road Project
Dear Ben,
I am vehemently against the 4302 Ford Road proposed apartments/condos.
It will put our children's safety at risk to more traffic and excess parking on Ford road due to inadequate
parking on the actual site. There will be difficult access to the site for delivery trucks, trash trucks, postal
trucks and moving vans. Any large truck going down to the basement to load or unload will have to back
up a blind driveway crossing the side walk where children ride their bikes and pedestrians walk. On
weekends when soccer games, tennis matches, pickle ball games are going on there will be very little
parking available for guests and spectators.
All of these activities will impede on our enjoyment of the park and could very well impact the liability of
the City if they resulted in accidents, especially to our children and grandchildren playing in the area.
Please reconsider your approval of this project as it is currently designed.
