Hi Ben,
I am a homeowner in the Port Streets, and would like to express the following concerns about the
potential condo project:
Safety concerns regarding the insufficient and potentially dangerous ingress and egress to the
property by vehicles, both residents, and any commercial vehicles servicing the property.
Insufficient parking on property for the residents and guests for the proposed number of units.
Noise issues and peaceful use of property for the nearby residents who purchased their properties
under the current zoning which does not include high density housing.
Lack of clarity as to whether this will be apartments or condominiums.
Please refrain from building any new apartment or condo units on Ford Road.
