Subject: Proposed 4302 Ford Road Development
Hi,
I am writing in regards to the proposed development at 4302 Ford Road. I have been a resident of
harbor view community (port streets) for almost 9 years now and have 2 small kids that currently attend
the Andersen Elementary School. I became aware the proposed development through one of our
neighbous and am writing to express my concerns about this proposal.
I believe that the proposed plan will increase the traffic and the danger especially for children. The
exit/entrance has cars exiting from the underground parking garage, up a ramp with extremely limited
visibility. The plan is dangerous to pedestrians, bikers and children accessing the bike lanes or sidewalk
at that particular entrance at the end of the ramp.
