Subject: 4302 Ford Rd. Proposed Development
Dear Sir,
As a 23 year resident and homeowner in the Port Streets neighborhood I am very concerned and object
to the proposed development of 4302 Ford Rd. My main concerns relate to the safety of the proposed
ingress and egress to the property. This creates a new an unwanted hazard to those of us who
frequently use the adjoining sidewalk and park areas. Secondly, the proposed amount of parking is
completely inadequate. This will cause overflow into the city parking lot as well as onto the street which
is already insufficient when the park and all of its facilities are in use, especially on the weekends.
I do not support a rezoning of the property to allow for the proposed development.
