Good evening Mr. Zdeba.
My name is Larry Garcia. We are owner residents in Newport Coast.
As an avid road bike rider I pass this area on a regular basis several times a week. I am very surprised
that a development of this nature, with the safety concerns expressed by many residents in the area,
has been approved for our neighborhood. This will lead to many issues and even possible confrontations
between the future residents of this project and the existing neighborhood.
Please add my concerns to those of others who have reached out and reconsider the safety and impact
this will have.
