Dear Mr. Bzdeba. I have been a resident of Harbor View Homes for 48 years. We own 3 homes
here and 3 of our children live here. I am a practicing physician in private practice in Newport
Beach since 1979. I attended UCI medical school, graduating in 1970, and completed residency
here in 1976. The project you propose will adversely affect all that I have worked for for my
entire life and my children's future as well. It will result in terrible crowding , dangerous traffic,
and needless degradation of the best community thus city will ever know .
