Subject: Ford Road Condo
Please do not tire reading about our concerns. Developers do just that, they purchase land,
develop property, and make a profit. It is their business. However, I am not in support of this
particular development due to the location and plan for 21 condos in a location that simply
cannot safely accommodate more traffic without posing a significant safety risk to
pedestrians,children, cyclists, students, drivers, and athletes. I am a 20 year resident on Port
Sheffield and know the area and Old Ford Road well. We have raised our family here. The risk
of a serious accident is too great of a risk to take. It’s not a practical decision. I feel strongly
about this. I can only hope that you have taken the time to read my email and rightly consider my
