Hello Mr. Zdeba,
Just writing you to communicate my concern with the proposed development. We have toddlers and
are constantly traveling down Newport Hills West, then left on Ford Road to get to the tot lot and
playground. We are often riding scooters, walking or biking. At this time it is an idyllic setup - it is
beautiful and well maintained but most importantly, SAFE. Based on the details of the project I
reviewed, I anticipate there will be a tremendous increase in auto/truck traffic down that section of
street. The increased hazard/risk is very troubling to my wife and me, along with almost all of my
neighbors.
Thank you for taking the time to engage with the concerned residents that will be potentially harmed by
this project. I appreciate the attention you are giving this.
