I am a concerned neighbor strongly opposed to the proposed high-density
housing next to Bonita Canyon Sports Park (by the tennis and pickleball courts).
I feel this will put our children’s safety at risk and permanently impair the use
and enjoyment of the park. The increased traffic with this project would have a
terrible impact on our neighborhood, and specifically students and parents
driving to Corona Del Mar High School. Additionally, increased traffic with the
already very busy vehicle traffic due to use of the soccer and sports fields would
negatively impact our neighborhoods. Please stop this project.
