Subject: Stop 4301 Ford Road High-Density Housing Project
Dear Ben,
I am a 20 plus year “Port Streets” property owner (1969 Port Dunleigh Circle). Please add my name to
the list of concerned Newport Beach citizens against the 4302 Ford Road project. Changing the zoning
from public facility to high-density housing for private use is a bad idea. The very nature of the project
jeopardizes the quality of life and living for Port Street residents, the most sought after family
neighborhood in Newport Beach.
By this email I am asking the city council to reject the general plan amendment which would allow this
project to move forward.
