Subject: Condo Project on Ford Road
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to complain about the proposed condo complex on Ford Road. I live on Port Sheffield a
block away from the proposed location for the project. I have a huge concern that the condo project
will drive down my property value because there will be increased traffic on Ford road, a transient
renter population immediately across the street from our home, more traffic going to the parks, and an
increase in people attending the local neighborhood school.
I would like to know what I can do to make sure that this project does not move forward. Do you have
any recommendations?
