Subject: Apartments/Condos by Tennis/Pickleball Courts
I strongly oppose the proposed apartments/condos project next to the Bonita
Canyon Sports Park as does many other residents in the Port Streets. I bring my
daughter to that area for soccer and the ingress and egress is terrible. Additional
traffic would be dangerous and we can use more sport fields for the kids.
The city should at least afford time for the community to (i) pursue options
consistent with the current zoning and use (ii) investigate the matter further.
