The proposed project’s impacts on the following issue areas would be less than significant with the implementation of mitigation: Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Geology and Soils, Noise, Tribal Cultural Resources. All impacts would be less than significant after mitigation. The project is ill conceived for that location for a number of reasons and will have negative impacts on the neighborhood, traffic (already a problem and no easy in/out access on that road), the local school and the environment. Appreciate it if you can include my formal opposition on City records -- and if necessary, include 3 separate times for the 3 properties I own in the City - thanks.
