Hi Benjamin,
I am writing to you with respect to the multi-unit project at 4302 Ford Road. Upon
reviewing all the information, I feel that the best use for this 1.06 acre of land is to
expand the current Park for an additional soccer field, pickleball courts, etc.
I feel the currently proposed plans are a bad idea that endangers the safety of kids and
adults and infringe on the use and enjoyment of the Park. Additionally, I feel the
marketing of this project by Hines has been deceitful. Some areas of concern include:
- The project entrance is very dangerous to children, adults, bikers, and other vehicles.
- The project can only accommodate one small-medium delivery vehicle at a time.
- The underground parking is very limited.
Also, I would like to be notified as to when the city council meeting will take up this vote.
I am a homeowner in Harbor View at 1853 Port Taggart Place and my family uses this
park weekly.
