Subject: Ford / MacArthur condo project
I am Niall Saunders of 1720 Port Stirling Pl. As a resident of Harbor View Homes I am strongly in
opposition to this ill conceived and opportunistic project. Apart from the obvious deficiencies of the
small site which allows for no meaningful setback on this busy intersection, the introduction of condos
changes the single family nature of our neighborhood, south of Bonita Canyon. Please register my
opposition.
