Hello
We have lived in the Port Streets for 25 years. We oppose ANY housing development at the Ford Rd.
location, condos, apartments etc.
Port Street residents had to fight to get the park 20 some years ago instead of homes or condos and now the
whole city benefits from the park.
Every week, the streets by the park are filled with parked cars and children are coming and going. Where
would additional cars from apartments park? In the Port Streets. There is never enough parking at any condo
or apartment development.
I would hope that the city would act in the best interests of the residents of the Port Streets and Newport
Beach and not allow this project to proceed.
