Mr. Zdeba,
As a long time Port Streets resident with two small children, I am writing to reflect my concern
and opposition to the planned development at 4302 Ford Road. As I know many in the
community have expressed, the nature of entrance to the parking garage and the overall
increased strain on parking and traffic represent a material safety concern and adverse impact
on the quality of the Park area and the overall Port Streets neighborhood.
There is already a large amount of multi-family development going on in the greater Newport
Beach / South Irvine area and there is no clear public interest served by allowing this
development while there are significant potential detriments.
