Hi Ben-
We wanted to express our grave concern regarding the proposed condo project off Ford Road. We have
lived on Port Sheffield for almost 20 years and have noticed an increase in traffic noise. This project
would only compact it. The negative impact on the physical environment is also a concern. Most
significantly, it would also greatly increase safety concerns and risks to residents on foot, bikes or autos.
Please have your committee deny this proposal. We strongly oppose it.
