Benjamin,
I am a Port Streets resident and I frequently spend time at the park and riding along the bike paths with
my 6 year old and 3 year old.
I have recently been made aware of this proposed residential development and many of its safety
concerns.
I am also wondering if the zoning for the property would allow residents to attend Andersen School and
if so, how will the school be able to accommodate the extra residents as I don’t believe there are
enough spare classrooms and the classroom sizes appear to already be close to maximum.
Can you please share any information you have regarding this project incl. when you will be meeting
next to review it.
