Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with
the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application: Response to Department Comments
1. Public Works Corrections. The initial plans and project description have been routed
to various City Departments for their review and comment. Comments from Public Works have been received and are attached. Please respond to all comments with your next resubmittal and revise exhibits as necessary.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
