As we discussed, please refer to the following link to access the staff approval application. The current application per our fee schedule is $961 and the application process is approximately 4-6 weeks with a 14-day appeal period following the action. As a reminder, please be sure to include a written narrative describing student drop-off locations, operations, and timing with your staff approval application. Please also describe the proposed enrollment increase and number of staff proposed here so we can review for the operation for parking adequacy as part of the staff approval. Makana Thank you for taking my call today to discuss the Carden Hall permanent modular project. Per our conversation, the school and Mobile Modular would like to schedule a call on April 15th to discuss the permit requirements from the city of Newport Beach. I understand we need to email pre-meeting the Conceptual Plan and a written narrative describing the project. We are hoping to have the floor plan and elevations from the factory next week, and will send over with our conceptual plan. I will ask the school to write a narrative describing the need for the additional classroom space. Per your request we have also reviewed the FAR, and the new building we are looking to add is a 36x60 HCD E occupancy classroom. This building is only 2,160 sq ft, and keeps the school well under the 66,041 floor area ratio allowable. Please confirm if we have all if this information to you next week, if we can be assigned your next appointments on April 15th.
