UEREAS, Charlie grew up in Newport Beach, where the influence of his fathergim Buckingham andfamily members throughout
his childhood led to an affinity for water sports; and
WJII�REAS, Charlie began sailing in Newport .harbor at the age of 8, is a member of the Newport Beach Tacht Club, attended
.Newport .Ifarbor.Ifigh School and
WHEREAS, in 2009 and 2011 Charlie was named College Saifor of the Tear at his alma mater, Georgetown university; and
WHEREAS, between 2009 and2020, Charfie participatedin ten Sailing World Championships with a top finish of 7th place in 2014
in the .`Men's Laser Class, and
WHEREAS, Charlie is a two-time competitor in the Wan Am Games (2015 and 2019), earning a Bronze medafin the 9Wen's Laser
competition in 2019; and
` &I EAS, Charfie finished in 11th place out of 46 nations competing in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio in the 9Wen's Laser Class;
and
` VYIEREAS, Charfie competed as a memberofTeam VSA in the 2020 Tokyo O ympic Games, where he earneda 13th place finish; and
`G11 AREAS, Charfie has made the City of `Newport Beach and the VnitedStates ofAmerica proud with his career accomplishments
and as a member of Team VSA at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

UWEREAS, Coryn is a resident of Newport Beach who has earned 72 national championship titles across four cycling
disciplines: road, trach cycfocross, andmountain dike; and
ZVXT EAS, Coryn has competed at the highest levefs of the sport, including senior and junior world championships, the
VC Irvine Women's World Tour, TrackWorfd cups, VCI 12oadwortdcups, andWanAmerican Championships; and
UJITE12EAS, Coryn is the first everAmerican, mate or female, to win the Tour of Flanders, also known as the De Ronde
Van Vlaanderen; and
Wia EAS, Coryn races professionally for VCI Women's WortdTour, Team Sunweb and is part of the 2017 VCI Time
Trial World Championship Team, winning the gold medal with her teammates in Bergen, Norway; and
