Consider the Appeal of Denial of Special Neighborhood Trees Removal Request
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 to consider
the Appeal of Denial of Special Neighborhood Trees Removal Request at 1317 and 1323 Ashford Lane. The Parks,
Beaches and Recreation Commission received and reviewed the application mentioned in Resolution No. 2021-xx., at
a public meeting on June 1, 2021, where the request was denied.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that said public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at the hour
of 4:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as the matter shall be heard, in the Council Chambers of the Newport Beach City Hall,
100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, California, at which time and place any and all persons interested may appear
and be heard thereon. If you challenge this decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City at,
