PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach has been
called for and will be held on Tuesday, the 1.6th day of November, 2021, at the hour of p.nr.
The business to be considered at this special meeting is as follows: 3" 7P►h•
1. Resolution No. 2021-118: Requesting that the Board of Supervisors for the County of Orange
Include John Wayne Airport in the Same Supervisorial District as the City of Newport Beach
a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to
Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in
a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and
b) Adopt Resolution No. 2021-118, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. Requesting that the Board of Supervisors for the County of Orange Include John Wayne
Airport in the Same Supervisonal District as the City of Newport Beach.
