WRITTEN DESCRIPTION
We would like to renew a Limited Term Permit that was originally part of the
Emergency Temporary Use Permit for expanded outdoor dining use granted in
2020. The expanded outdoor patio is 728 sf of additional uncovered dining space.
This space is directly adjacent to the restaurant’s existing outdoor patio, which is
covered. There is a 6’ clear pedestrian path alongside the expanded patio on the
existing boardwalk.
This space fits 10 new tables seating 26 patrons, each table spaced 6 ft. apart. The
use of stanchion posts and rope barriers separates this outdoor patio from the
public. This space is used to help accommodate customer’s request to eat outdoors
as part of the ongoing COVID precautions.
