Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. The supplemental application form is incomplete. Please complete question items:
3.16, 4.05, 4.20, 4.25, 5.01, 5.03-5.15 (if applicable), and 8.07.
2. The propagation map and map legend is unclear. Please revise the map to identify
existing and proposed coverage capacity for indoor signal, in-transit signal, and
outdoor signal.
3. The submitted application is a request to install three new panel antennas, RRU’s,
and associated cables and equipment to the existing nine panel antennas on-site
as described in the letter of explanation and shown on the site plan and elevation
drawings. Per the submitted photo simulations and field verification, Sprint
currently has 12 panel antennas (four antennas per sector) constructed on-site.
Please verify current site improvements and revise the plans accordingly.
4. Provide the height dimensions of both the existing 1900 MHZ panel antennas and
the proposed 2.5GHZ panel antennas.
5. Sheets A-3 and A-4 elevation view directions are inaccurate. Please correct.
