The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Department Reviews: Please see the attached project reviews from Building, Fire, and Code Enforcement Divisions. Public Works is still reviewing the project. I will send you their comments when it is ready. 2. Proposed Project: It is unclear what is being proposed. The previously issued Emergency Temporary Use Permit (ETUP) does not match the physical patio that was installed. The ETUP does not include tents, where street images show tents erected. Clearly describe what is being proposed for the one-year limited term permit. 3. Project Plans: The plans provided are from the separate application for a permanent patio, which includes permanent structures that cross property lines. No permanent structures are permitted to cross property lines without a lot merger, which at this point is not completed. Please provide plans for the limited term patio. If there are tents involved, they need to be shown so that all departments may evaluate and provide feedback. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
