Bechtel, its employees and agents are authorized representatives of AT&T Mobility LLC, formally known as New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC. Bechtel, its employees and agents have been contracted to perform real estate leasing, land-use entitlements, and architectural, construction, and engineering services for AT&T Mobility telecommunications facilities.
As an authorized representative of AT&T Mobility, Bechtel, its employees and or agents may sign, file, review land-use applications and permits, represent AT&T Mobility at hearings, accept conditions of approval, and negotiate leases on behalf of AT&T Mobility.
