This is to inform you that the Commission's 10 working day appeal period on the City of Newport
Beach's Coastal Development Permit No. CD2021-035 (5-NPB-21-1118) expired on December 15, 2021.
The Coastal Commission received no appeals on this permit. The City's permit is therefore final.

outdoor dining area was previously requested via Emergency Temporary Use
Permit No. UP2020-016 (PA2020-087) for A Restaurant and the size and
location of the expanded dining area has been modified under this request

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5 :00 PM on December 15, 2021.
