DISCUSSION
In March, 1976, the City of Newport Beach entered into a lease
agreement with the owners of mobile homes and trailer park spaces
located in Marinapark. The lease requires the written consent of
the City prior to any sale or transfer of property in the
trailerpark.
Clayton and Claudia Baldwin have requested City's approval of the
sale of Space No. 1 -A to Teri Guy. The parties have acknowledged
understanding of and agreement to all of the terms contained in
the original 1976 lease and agree to be bound thereto as
evidenced by their signature on the consent form, a copy of which
is attached as Exhibit "A" hereto.
It is recommended that the City Council approve the Consent of
City to Sale of Mobilehome and Trailer Park Space - Newport
Marinapark, Mobilehome Space No. 1 -A.
