platform with outdoor dining within seven existing parking spaces adjacent
to the restaurant for a one-year term. The outdoor dining deck was previously
authorized through Emergency Temporary Use Permit No. UP2021-018
(PA2021-097) for Sol Mexican Cocina Restaurant.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on January 25, 2022.
