174-square-foot temporarily expanded dining area previously authorized
through Emergency Temporary Use Permit No. (UP2020-290) for Billy's at
the Beach restaurant for up to an one-year term (January], 2022 through
December 31 , 2022).

Unless an appeal is fil ed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period . The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on December 30, 2021.
