Please be advised that on December 16, 2021 , our office received notice of local action on the coastal
development permit described below:

Request for a limited term permit and coastal development permit request to
authorize a 1,000 square foot expanded outdoor dining area for The Mayor's
Table Pacific Pub+ Kitchen restaurant. The request will modify the layout
previously authorized through Emergency Temporary Use Permit No.
UP2020-186 (PA2020-343) and will be in effect for up to an one-year term
(January I, 2022 through December 31, 2022).

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on December 30, 2021.
