To allow Cruisers Pizza Bar Grill at 801 E Balboa Blvd to have 968 Square (22x44)
foot temporary outdoor patio that will be located on our private property in our
parking lot. This will be a wood structure already in place and approved for
previous Covid-19 emergency use purposes. Previous versions were larger. This
patio will NOT include any order station or bar, just a few tables (12 total). We plan
on having 4 TVʼs hung on this structure. All previous FD and ADA requirements are
still in place. We ask for hours of operations to allow us to operate on this patio
until 10pm, in which case the patio will then close. With this patio, we hope to
recoup some of the massive losses from the 2020 and 2021 years that were
greatly effected by Covid-19.
