a. The existing use of the property was a duplex, the proposed use is two condos.
b. The existing sewer laterals have been hydro jetted and lined. We will be adding a 1"
water meter in addition to the existing 1" meter. The existing overhead electrical will be
changed to underground.
c. The two existing public sewer laterals will be used.
