The Coastal Commission received no appeals on this permit. The City’s permit is therefore final. The structure would be approximately 24 feet in height and the proposed finished floor of the structure is 11.0 feet NAVD88 in compliance with the 9.0 feet NAVD88 minimum finished floor requirement. The proposed structure consists of approximately 3,717 square feet including an attached two car garage. The project includes repair and maintenance of the existing bulkhead including replacement of coping, tiebacks, and deadmen. The project also includes hardscape, walls, landscaping, and drainage facilities. All improvements are located within private property. Location: (APN: 423-131-07) Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on March 25, 2022. Our office will notify you if an appeal is filed.
