Provide (3) copies of the plans. 2.) Obtain plan review approval from the following: a. Building Division b. Planning Division c. Fire Department Review 3.) Provide application for additional scope of work not captured under the original permit. Provide clouds with Delta 1's around all revised parts of each sheet Please include all sheets in the set of drawings even if they are not revised (these sheets will not have Delta 1 clouds). If entire sheet has been revised, cloud and Delta 1 the sheet ID. 5.) Incorporate 2019 RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS specification into plans and update plans to comply with the requirements. Incorporate 2019 CALGREEN RESIDENTIAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS specification into plans and update plans to comply with the requirements. Provide Modification Request granted by Building Official on the Title Sheet of the drawings (with a Delta 1 cloud around it). 8.) Final drawings which will be approved for permit issuance, shall be signed by the respective design professional (electronic signature is acceptable). Please return all previously marked drawings, along with new drawings at time of next review. No review will be performed without this.
