Mike Morgan, Director of Projects m.morgan@blucroix.com Application No. Lot Line Adjustment No. LA2019-001 (PA2019-089) Address 4302 Ford Road Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with the application process. The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. This application was routed to the City’s Public Works Department, Building Division, and Life Safety Services Division for review and comment. Each review is attached to this letter. Neither the Building Division nor the Life Safety Services Division provided any comments. The Public Works Department provided corrections and comments. Please review and either respond or revise the exhibits accordingly. 2. There is currently an application submitted for one of the parcels that is also a subject of this application for a land use change and residential project. That project requires a more extensive review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. An initial study and mitigated negative declaration has been prepared. Please be advised, this Lot Line Adjustment application cannot be acted on until the project entitled “Ford Road Residential (PA2017-228)” is resolved or withdrawn and is no longer being pursued. 3. The project description details the basic makeup for the floor plan of the switching station. Please provide an accurate floor area breakdown for the building. How much is devoted to office space? How much is devoted to mechanical equipment? How much is devoted to other uses? Please also provide some idea as to how many AT&T employees or contractors access to the site on a day-to-day basis. It is understood there are 17 parking spaces. Exhibit C shows the proposed lot line bisecting the parking area and supposedly removing some of the parking that is currently on-site to serve the switching station.
