Eckrose/Green, Associates
[toy A. Eckrose, P.E., spent more than 18 years
)f his career in government and, for the past seven
years, has been a consultant to a variety of
,overnment clients. His experience includes
)reparations for multi -million dollar municipal
)udgets. He has taught and lectured across the
,ountry on subjects ranging from energy
nanagement to pavement management, including
.ectures at the Universities of Wisconsin, Illinois,
Missouri, Iowa State University and Marquette
Jniversity. Mr. Eckrose is an active member of the
American Public Works Association.
N11 Green, P.E., has been continuously involved
n airport engineering and operations for the past 15
(ears. As airport engineer with the Wisconsin
3ivision of Aeronautics and the Iowa Aeronautics
3ivision, he observed, first hand, the operating
)hilosophies of most airports in those states. He
administered state and federal aid projects to improve
arport facilities. As Assistant Director of the Des
Moines International Airport, he participated in
>perations, budgeting, public relations, leasing and
tenant services. Mr. Green has authored several
articles in airport maintenance management and has
The fee for this intensive two day educational
program is $265. Registration includes the
presentation, all handout materials, continental
breakfast each morning, refreshments at breaks and
noon meals. In addition, the presenters will host a
hospitality hour immediately following the first day
session. Some states are planning additional
activities - check your registration material.

return it, with payment, to NASAO SEMINARS,
P.O. Box 55405, Madison, WI 53705. Make
checks payable to NASAO SEMINARS.
Confirmation of registration and lodging information
will be forwarded by return mail. Please enclose
complete mailing address and telephone number with
registration. To register by telephone, call NASAO
SEMINARS, (608) 274-2008. Written confirmation
and lodging information will be returned to
registrants. Payment must be received in advance or
at the door. A purchase order may be presented by
employees of public agencies where advance
payment is not possible. Credit cards will not be
accepted in payment of registration fees.
The full registration fee will be refunded if written
notice of cancellation is received at the registration
address ten (10) days prior to the scheduled session.
Beginning at the tenth day preceding a scheduled
seminar, a $40 administration charge will be retained
by NASAO on all cancellations.
Register early as a minimum attendance is required
for each session. In case a seminar is cancelled due
to insufficient registrations, all registrants to that
seminar will be notified and given an opportunity to
reschedule another seminar location or receive full
refund of registration fees paid.

Hotel reservations must be made by the individual.
At most locations, a group rate is available. Make
your reservations at least two weeks in advance. Be
sure to mention your attendance at the NASAO
Airport Seminar to receive reduced rates, if available.
