RE: Agenda Item No. 6 - Update of Attachment A to Resolution 2022-36,
Amending the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal year 2021-22 in
Accordance with Article XIIB of the California Constitution and
Government Code Section 7910, in the amount of $220,661,795
Resolution 2022-36 amends the appropriations limit for fiscal year 2021-22 based on the
change in the population growth of the City of Newport Beach instead of the population
growth of the County of Orange. Attachment A to Resolution 2022-36, attached hereto,
is updated to correctly state that the calculations contained therein are based on the
change in population of the City of Newport Beach.
