NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will establish the City's Appropriations
Limit for Fiscal Year 2022-23, pursuant to Article 13B of the State Constitution on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.
or soon thereafter in the Council Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach.
APPROPRIATION LIMIT:
Article 13B Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2022-23 $236,775,921
Total Appropriations Subject to Limit 210,188,302
Amount Under Limit $ 26,587,618
Copies of the calculation of the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Appropriations Limit are available for public inspection on the City's
website at http://www.newportbeachca.aov/finance.
