Description: Permanent approval/authorization for three (3), 880-square-foot prefabricated, modular preschool classroom installations. The authorization for the classrooms was granted for a limited 25-year period consistent with Development Agreement No. 10, set to expire July 23, 2022. No new
construction proposed.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on June 24, 2022.
