The project includes additional appurtenances such as site walls, fences, patios, a spa, drainage devices, and landscaping. The design complies with all applicable development standards, including height, setbacks and floor area limit, and no deviations are requested. The finished first floor elevation of the proposed residence is 14.0 feet based on the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88), which exceeds the minimum required 9.00-foot (NAVD88) elevation standard.
