I would like to speak at the meeting on July 26`h at 4 pm to comment on the mailer I received from the
City regarding moving the recycle fees to our property tax bill.
My comments would be:
How did the council come up with the fee for recycling?
What legal right do they have to do this?
What legal right do they have to increase the fees?
What legal right do they have to put these fees on our property tax bill?
I am against these fees being transferred to my tax bill. I want to better keep track of any changes in
the fees.
