The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. See attached comments from Building, Public Works, and Fire. 2. A fully dimensioned Site Plan and Floor Plan is required to better understand the project site and restaurant layout. 3. See Planning comments on Parking Study and Project Description. If the project includes conversion to medical offices (per Parking Study), please revise project description to include proposed medical office spaces. These medical offices should be clearly identified on the Site Plan. If not, please remove the medical office consideration from the Parking Study and create a consistent project between all documents. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
