Hi Masoud,
Thank you for talking on the phone a few minutes ago. The bulkhead conditions report and coastal
hazards analysis prepared by you for the property at 2286 Channel Road states that with
the recommended reinforcement/repair and cap to 10.9 NAVD88, the bulkhead is
adaptable to 13.7 NAVD88. This email is to confirm that the bulkhead is adaptable to
14.4 NAVD88 with the recommended reinforcement/repair. This would be consistent
with the current City Harbor Design Criteria.
