Gentlemen:
.Lots B and C of Tract 3357 form the entrance to Cameo Shores as
well as the planter strip between pacific Coast Highway and
Hampden Road. These lots have been fully improved with land-
scaping and sprinkler systems and are hereby offered for dedication
to the City of Newport Beach.
Upon your indication to us that you are willing to accept these
lots, we will take the necessary steps to dedicate them to the
City.

POLICY
DEVELOYMENT lod MAINTENANCE. OF ARTERIAL RIOMAy PARKWAYS
Development and i. atatenance of arterial highway parkways shall conform to the following
policy, Far the, purpose of this policy, "Arterial Highway Parkways" are defined as :the
areas designated "A", "B" and t0C" shown on the accompanying exhibit.
AREA Aa This portion of the arterial right -of -gray will by preserved for landscaping.
The developer will install trees, ground cover and watering systems in
accordance with City specificatiens:
The developer will bear the cost of maintenance of the area for a period of
