Pickleball courts shall not be permitted after the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the Tennis Clubhouse and Spa and Fitness Center unless the
property owner and/or pickleball facility operator follows any and all City of Newport Beach General Plan, Municipal Code, or other applicable requirements in order to continue the use of pickleball courts.
