A-200.00 through A-203.00, A-300.00 through A-303.00, and A-400.00 through A-403.00, dated July 19, 2022, received August 4, 2022. Dear Mr. Schwartz: In accordance with the request of the Project Architect, G3SoilWorks, Inc. (G3), has prepared this memorandum as an addendum to our above referenced reports for the proposed new residence project located at the subject address. Based on review of the most recent architectural plans and sections issued for Coastal Commission review (referenced above), we acknowledge that the proposed Basement Floor elevations and required depths of excavation for the project have been updated to accommodate a subterranean car lift, garage, and recreational room. The updated architectural plans / sections show that floor levels for the new garage and recreational room have been set to Elevation (El.) +5.20 feet and +3.87 feet (NAVD 88), respectively, requiring excavations depths ranging between approximately 12 feet and 18 feet below adjacent site grades to accommodate installation of the proposed mat slab and sub-slab waterproofing system.
